The Chief Francis Omasteye JP Foundation is set to empower indigent petty traders and small business owners in Delta State with cash support.
The initiative aims to boost local entrepreneurship and provide financial assistance to those in need.
According to a statement by the coordinator of Chief Francis Omasteye JP Foundation, Mrs Flora Alatan Interested beneficiaries can pick up application forms at:
– Warri: 16 Ogunu Road, opposite Mopol Base (by Court 4 Junction), 2nd floor.
– Koko: No. 7, Total Road, Koko.
– Sapele: 25A Ikomi Road, opposite ICE School gate.
Collection Dates: February 5th – February 10th, 2026
Time: 9 am to 3 pm daily.
