Hon. Andaye, drawing from his personal experiences, expressed empathy for the financial struggles faced by parents and guardians amid the current economic climate. “I understand how difficult it is for parents to gather funds for SSCE enrollment. This initiative is a way to ease that burden,” he stated.
Highlighting the alignment of this policy with the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Delta State Government under His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Andaye emphasized that education is vital for sustainable development.
“This intervention will provide significant relief to families, particularly those in rural areas grappling with economic challenges. Education shapes lives from the beginning, and we must guide our students for a better future,” he added.
