A member of Warri, Uvwie And Environs Development Agency ( WUDA ) Comrade Stanley Onoriode Agbosa was inuagurated as the Oghwuvwie of the ancient Agbarha Warri community of Igbudu in Warri South Local Government Area at the Igbudu Community Hall on Tuesday 6th, 2024 .
Others inaugurated as executive of Uvwie R ‘ Igbudu Community were : Mr Duke Edema ( Otota ) , Sir Wilson Itu ( Osiobe R’ Ode ) Victor Orohwaya ( Financial Secretary )Godswill Onose ( PRO ) and Larry Imo ( Treasurer ) .
The committee is to serve for 4 years .
The Unuovwodo (tradititioal representative of the Ovie of Agbarha Warri) of Igbudu Community, High Chief Peter Obodo in address shortly before he inaugurated the executive committee, congratulated Comrade Agbosa and his co – executive committee members for their elections.
The immediate past Oghwuvwie of the community, Mr Kennedy Okere in his brief speech, also congratulated the new executive committee members of Uvwie R ‘ Igbudu as he extolled the virtues of his successor.
Agbosa who is the immediate past Otota of the community stated among other things in inaugural address that he was grateful to the people of the community for his election .
He promised to run an open system of government based on fairness, equity and good conscience which he said are key pillars of justice.
” We shall engage all stakeholders and solicits for their support because administration is a collective responsibility and not a one man show.
” In order words, we shall need all hands on deck through a wider consultation and discussion for positive decision to be taken so as to achieve our collective desired goals ” he added.
High point of the epoch making event was administeration of oaths of office and alliance by High Chief Peter Obodo on the newly inuagurated executive committee members of Uvwie R ‘ Igbudu .
Action later shifted a superb reception of the Inuaguration at Essi Junction along McDermott Road Warri were guests were lavishly entertained .

Chief Emmanuel Ememu JP , the immediate past president of the prestigious Agbarha Warri League, Hon Fuludu Edama (MON) were among eminent personalities spotted at the colourful event.
