Delta State Governor-Elect and Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has joined family, friends and business associates to congratulate serial entrepreneur and Chairman of United Bank for Africa ,(UBA), Mr. Anthony Onyeameach Elumelu also known as TOE on his 60th birthday anniversary.
