following a court judgement in Suit No.EHC-239-2018, the famous Eneberi Family of Enuerere and Eneberi Layout, Okpoku (Okuisoko) Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area has put in place a New Executive Committee on Sunday 29th September, 2024.
This was contained in a statement signed by Head Eneberi family. Pa Johnson Ukwade, Chief Blessing Ukwade ( Ukwade Lineage)and Chief Star Niemogha (JP)Isio R’ Uvwie Kingdom .
The new Executives according to the statement are: Pa Johnson Ukwade (Head of Eneberi Family), Pa Don Niemogha (Head of Niemogha Lineage), Jacob Useni Niemogha (Spokesman of Eneberi lineage), Collins Orare (Family Youth Chairman), Scott Niemogha (Alternate Family Youth Chairman), Engineer (Dr.) Emmanuel Niemogha (Chairman Reconciliation Committee), Dr Gambo Niemogha (Alternate Chairman Reconciliation Committee) and Mrs Christiana Okoto (Member Reconciliation Committee).
The statement added that any of the Children who wants to belong to Eneberi Descendants Union should consult Engineer Emmanuel Niemogha or any member of the reconciliation committee.
The communique also stated that one Chamuke Edu ceased to be the head of Eneberi Family since according to the statement the said Chamuke Edu’s father is not from Eneberi Family, and that all committees constituted by Chamuke Edu and one Leader Niemogha have been dissolved forthwith and that any person or group who does business with Chamuke Edu, Leader Niemogha and one Lucky Niemogha on behalf of the family without the consent of Pa Johnson Ukwade (Eneberi Family Head ) and Chief Star Niemogha, (JP) (Secretary of Eneberi Family) does so at his or her own risk.
