Ewu Kingship:Ekrorhue Families Appreciate Oborevwori,Hail Monarch

The esteemed families of Ekrorhue of Uweya in Unuame Quarters in Ewu – Urhobo Kingdom in Ughelli South Local Government Area have appreciated Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori for his approval of staff of office for HRM Clement Oghenerukevwe Ikolo the Ovie of Ewu Kingdom.
This was contained in a statement issued and signed by the said families titled : ‘ To Whom It May Concern’ made available to the press.
The statement also congratulated the Ovie of Ewu Kingdom for Delta State Government approval of his staff of office just as it confirmed that HRM Clement Oghenerukevwe Ikolo is a direct descendant of the Ewu lineage .
The statement affirmed that the allegations that stated that the Ovie of Ewu Kingdom does not hail from the kingdom was baseless.
‘ Futhermore, any individual familiar with the Ekrorhue Compound would attest to the legacy of Ikolo Family, evident from the ancestral graves within our quarters.
‘ To question the heritage is not only an affront to our lineage but also an underestimation of our shared history .
‘ Ekrorhue Family ‘ s compound is comprised of several families including but not limited to Osovwodo, Oduo, Ekpumetivwie, Ikolo, Asiuwhu, Eyamu, Akpokoha, Ikekame, Iwuru and Ejanake.
Each Family has contributed significantly to the fabric of our community
‘We the family of Ekrorhue, hereby affirmed to the global community that the Ovie of Ewu Kingdom HRM Clement Oghenerukevwe Ikolo is undeniably a proud son of the Ekrorhue Family of Ewu Kingdom” the statement added.
