The Newly elected Chairman of Hussey College Warri class of 93 Mr Joseph Akelie on Thursday led Executive and Members to pay a condolence visit to the family of their classmate Mr Sunny Osaghae whose mother , Mrs Mabel Osaghae died recently.
Mr Akeile in his message of condolence, encouraged Pa Osaghae to bear the irreparable loss of his wife, Mrs Mabel Osaghae and prayed God to comfort the family.
According to the chairman ” We know that Death is not an easy thing, but it’s what awaits all of Us, But when it happens we beg God to comfort those that are bereaved, As we pray for the Soul of Our Dear departed Mother to rest in peace in bossom of the Lord.
Responding on behalf of Mr Sunny Osaghae his younger brother, Mr Emasuwen Osaghea Commended the chairman and members of Hussey College Warri Class 93 for the condolence visit to their family.
He added that his father and family members are happy to receive their brother’s class mates,thanking them for their show of love .
The Vice Chairman of Class ’93 Mrs Laurencia Unuigboje prayed for the family that God will comfort them at their trying period.
Those present at the ceremony include the Welfare secretary, Mr Roland Vwioko , Treasurer , Winifred Akponah, Public relations secretary, Mr Benjamin Amioku and Mr Ayo Ojulowo .
Earlier the group held it’s election where the following persons were elected to pilot the affairs of the union,Chairman,, Akeile Joseph ,Vice chairman,Lawrencia Unuigboje ,Tobore Samson General Secretary,Benjamin Omorere ,Assistant general Secretary ,Welfare secretary Vwioko Roland,Pastor Paul Orhue ,Financial secretary, Benjamin Amioku ,Public relations secretary and Winifred Akponah,Treasurer .
The outgone executive are Chairman, Mr Anthony Akarah , General Secretary, Comrade Daniel Oji, Others are Mrs Ufuoma Efekodo and Angela Ejukorlem
