The comprehensive medical outreach initiated by the Executive Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government Area, Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunwike, continued its successful trajectory with a fully deployed medical team at Mgbalamgba Primary School, Isheagu, the designated venue for the exercise.

Residents of Isheagu and Ewulu described the intervention as timely and impactful, praising the chairman’s unwavering commitment to accessible healthcare and his consistent prioritization of human lives as the foundation of sustainable development.
The outreach; designed to provide free diagnosis, clinical evaluation, pharmaceutical support, and health education—recorded an impressive turnout of elderly persons, patients with chronic illnesses, and individuals with limited access to essential medical services. In addition to comprehensive consultations, free medications and corrective eye glasses were provided to patients, including those with vision impairment and other medical needs. Many beneficiaries expressed profound gratitude for what they described as a “timely and life-enhancing medical relief.”
Speaking during the exercise, Hon. Samuel Ogidi, councilor representing Ewulu, and his Isheagu counterpart, Hon. Omah David Ashikodi , who monitored the process, commended the council chairman for deploying a structured medical response that directly addresses the rising burden of untreated ailments in the communities. They described the programme as an intervention that strengthens public health resilience and alleviates the suffering of vulnerable groups.
For many in Aniocha South, Pastor Chukwunwike’s administration continues to distinguish itself through strategic, people-focused governance—placing emphasis on social welfare, primary healthcare support, and interventions that touches the everyday lives of the people. This outreach further reinforces his resolve to integrate medical access into the fabric of local governance through his consolidatory visions.
