Crude Oil Theft:Soldiers set ablaze Vessel used for illegal Bunkering

Soldiers of the Nigerian Army are said to have set fire to a vessel that Tompolo’s Tantita Security Services Limited had intercepted while transporting illicit crude oil in the Warri and Escravos rivers.

 

BigPen Reports that the troops of the Nigerian military burned MT Deima, a multi-million naira vessel with the IMO number 7210525, on fire in the Warri River, Delta state.

TSSL, last Thursday, October 06, 2022, seized a vessel suspected to belong to an oil syndicate, which came to load crude oil from Warri and Escravos Rivers.
