The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council Hon. Dagidi Andaye has received a prestigious award, TURBAN GARKUWAN MATASA AREWA of Nigeria (Shield/Protector of Northern Youths) conferred by the Northern Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN).
The turbaning ceremony, held at the Bomadi Council Secretariat, was attended by NYCN executives, community leaders, council officials, and political stakeholders.
In addition to the turbaning, the NYCN delegation also presented a Certificate of Credence to Bomadi Local Government Area, under the watch of Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, recognizing it as the “MOST ACCOMMODATING AND PRODUCTIVE LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN NIGERIA.”

Hon. Andaye expressed gratitude to the NYCN for the recognition, describing both the title and the certificate as a call to greater service.
“This award and certificate are testaments to the collective efforts of my administration and the good people of Bomadi Local Government Area,” Hon. Andaye said.
