The Director General, Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, on Thursday bagged Master of Science Degree in Mass Communication, making it the 4th degree from the University of Lagos.
The Postgraduate convocation which took place at the University campus, Akoka, Lagos on 16th January, was well attended by prominent Nigerians, academicians and captains of industry from all walks of life.
Oghenesivbe dedicated his MSc Degree to God, while thanking the State Government, and governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, for giving him all the necessary support for the attainment of his new academic feat.
