If I appeal to the court and fail , I will appeal to God…..

The Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has condemned the outcome of February 25, 2023 Presidential and National Assembly elections conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Alhaji Abubakar made the statement Thursday evening while addressing a World Press Conference in Abuja.

Atiku said he would consult his legal team to know if it is necessary to contest the outcome of the Presidential election.

“If I Appeal to the court and fail , I will appeal to God” he said.

He added that INEC failed to live up to expectation, stressing that the February 25 election is the worst election conducted by INEC in the history of the Nation.

Atiku condemned the action of INEC, noting that its mode of operation during the presidential election was a rape of democracy.

The PDP Presidential candidate stated that Nigeria youths are traumatized by the outcome of the election and urged them to be calm.

He hoped that judiciary will redeemed itself by ensuring that their stolen mandate
is recovered.

Recall that Tinubu emerged winner of the election having polled 8, 794, 726 votes, while Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party PDP got 6,984,520. Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party LP, Mr Peter Obi scored 6,101,533 votes; Candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party NNPP, Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso garnered 1, 496, 687.
