Rotary Club of Warri has renovated Ajamimogha primary health care center in Warri South local government area of Delta State.
The District Governor of Rotary International District 9141 , Rotarian Chinedu Ikegwuani while commending Rotary club of Warri for the gesture appealed to residents of the community to assist Government in maintaining the facility.
Ajamimogha community health care center which was in a state of disrepair now wears a new look .
The District Governor Rotarian Chinedu Ikegwuani stated that the renovated and furnished health care center is in line with one of Rotary international seven areas of focus which is Maternal and child health.
The District 9141 Governor who was represented by an assistant District Governor, Rotarian Tobore Ojigho said with the renovated facility pregnant women, nursing mothers and children will now be treated in a conducive environment and urged the Ajamimogha community to support the state government in maintaining the primary healthcare center .

The President of Rotary Club of Warri Rotarian Regina Edukugho who revealed that the renovated Ajamimogha primary health care center was the star project of the club for the year 2024-2025 disclosed that the project started in March this year and thanked God and members of the club for the completion of the project .
Rotarian Edukugho said apart from the renovated building the club furnished the Ajamimogha primary health care center.

She added that Rotary International places serious emphasis on health care and informed the management of the center that the club will attract more development to the center if they maintained it properly.
The President of Rotary Club of Warri thanked the Ajamimogha community for their cooperation in ensuring that the renovation work was done peacefully .
Also speaking the project chairman and President -Elect of the club Rotarian Chris Iyovwaye commended the club members for their financial contributions towards the renovation of the center .
The chairman of Warri South local government,Comrade Weyinmi Agbateyiniro represented by the Head of Personal Management ,Mrs Remi Omasuli thanked Rotary club of Warri for complimenting the efforts of the council by renovating the health center .
For her part the matron of the center Mrs Evelyn Egbejule and others including the Olaraja of Ajamimogha community Pa James Awani commended Rotary club of Warri for the gesture.
The event was climaxed with Rotary songs and inauguration of the Ajamimogha primary health care center.
