Six Rotary Clubs in Warri , Uvwie , Udu and Okpe local government areas of Delta State on Monday distributed 300 School Bags and 1500 Branded notebooks to three primary schools to support their education .
Our Correspondent reports that the Rotary clubs that donated the Bags and books are
Effurun ,Effurun Dynasty,Effurun Gateway, Osubi
Plantation City and
Warri Metropolis.
Rotary Clubs globally donate books, school bags, and other essential learning materials to students, especially in underserved communities, as part of their focus on Basic Education and Literacy project thereby empowering children with tools for success.

These initiatives help students overcome barriers to education.
This is why Rotary clubs of Effurun ,Effurun Dynasty,Effurun Gateway, Osubi
Plantation City and
Warri Metropolis
jointly embarked on the project to make learning interesting to the students and assisting their parents to reduce the financial burden of buying bags and books.
The club visited Opete Primary School, Opete,
Evwreke Primary School, Osubi,And Eyabugbe Primary School, Ugborikoko to donate the educational material to the pupils.
The Presidents of Rotary Clubs of Effurun ,Effurun Dynasty,Effurun Gateway, Osubi,Plantation City and
Warri Metropolis Rotarians Elvis Irefo Michael Evah,Lucky Ada , Malik Abubakar, Festus Idabe and Charles Etie stated that the donation is in line with Rotary international seven areas of focus which is Basic Education and literacy.
They noted that the donation is majorly for indigent pupils as they had earlier done needs assessment on the pupils.at the three primary schools

The Rotary clubs Presidents stated that they will continue to assist pupils and students by providing educational materials to them inorder to make learning comfortable for them.

Mrs Faith Igho as well as some of the pupils thanked the six Rotary Clubs for the gesture .
