The three day training will take place at the Jubilee Christian Centre, Effurun in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State.
Experienced security experts have been engaged to train the one hundred participants.
This is contained in a statement by the Management of Top Private Security Services Nigeria Limited.
The statement said the training will begin on,’Day 1 (Tuesday, 24 June 2025) Pipeline Protection Strategy, HSE & Emergency Procedures.
• 0800 – 0840: Registration – Training Coordinator
• 0845 – 0855: Course highlights – Training Coordinator
• 0900 – 0945: Opening Ceremony:
Opening Remarks by ED Technical and Operations – General Overview of TSSNL Operations – Capt Warredi Enisuoh.
• 1000 – 1130: Module 1 – Seminar – Oil Assets Surveillance vis-a-vis Legal Applications – David Ogbedu Esq, Mr Julius Nasamu Gaiya, Cdr J Cheilo
• 1130 – 1200: Tea Break
• 1200 – 1330: Module 2 – Health Safety and Environment Practices: Emergency Preparedness and Incident Response – Mr Paul Esegoro
• 1345 – 1445: Lunch
• 1500 – 1630: Module 3 – Threat Assessment & Risk Management – Mr Ufuoma Akpojevwe.

Day 3 (Thursday, 26 June 2025) Civil-Military Cooperation & Capstone Project
• 0900 – 1030: Module 8 – Civil-Military/Paramilitary Liaison and Conflict Sensitivity – Brig Gen MO Ajala
• 1030 – 1100: Tea Break
• 1100 – 1300: Module 9 (Capstone Exercise) – Lead Facilitator
• 1300 – 1400: Lunch
• 1400 – 1500: Final Evaluation (Training Coordinator)
The statement further noted that • 1500-1630: Closing & Certificate Issuance. (Training Coordinator)
It added that,”All the training modules are of concern as they form a building block from the very first module.”
According to the statement,”The highpoint would be the capstone exercise that would address real life scenarios involving the whole range of pipeline protection duties.’
It also added that,”It would assess the participant’s overall level of assimilation of the training and ability to meet/manage the demands of the job’s related tasks”.
