Elder Sheriff Oborevwori in the upcoming elections. He pledged his commitment to collaborate with party leaders to achieve this goal.
During the meeting, he provided specific directives for the registration process
– Prioritize Ward Leaders:
Ward Chairmen must list the names of Ward leaders first, reserving at least the first 10 entries for them.
-Online Registration Compliance:
Only names of individuals who have completed the APC online registration and received a serial number should be entered into the APC Ward Membership register.
-Corrections:
Members who have made registration errors must correct them based on the provided guidelines to maintain accuracy and legitimacy.
Chief Ofoni underscored that both new and existing members must complete the APC online registration, asserting that anyone not found in the APC online database will not be recognized as legitimate members.
He also addressed the INEC continuous voter registration exercise, urging Ward Chairmen to coordinate with their leaders and political appointees to establish funding and strategies for maximum participation and success. To facilitate effective management, he advised establishing 10-member committees in each Ward to oversee the processes.
