The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, has felicitated Chief Solomon Arenyeka on his emergence as the consensus Chairman of the Delta State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Chief Arenyeka emerged at the State Congress held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the Cenotaph in Asaba, the Delta State capital.
Hon. Andaye described Arenyeka’s overwhelming acceptance by party leaders and stakeholders as a clear vote of confidence in his capacity to reposition and strengthen the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.
He expressed optimism that under Arenyeka’s leadership, the APC in Delta State will work assiduously towards delivering victory for Bola Tinubu, Sheriff Oborevwori, and all other party candidates.
In his congratulatory message, Hon. Andaye, who also serves as Secretary of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Delta State Chapter, noted that there is a divine touch in Chief Arenyeka’s political journey, particularly his transition from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) State Chairman to his new role as Delta APC Chairman.
He described the development as both remarkable and divinely orchestrated.
Describing the new State Chairman as a leader with a proven track record of purposeful and inclusive leadership anchored on unity and teamwork, the Bomadi Council boss expressed confidence that Arenyeka would consolidate the party’s gains and further strengthen its structure across the state.
Hon. Andaye also commended the leader of the APC in Delta State, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, and other key stakeholders for ensuring a peaceful and successful congress that produced the new state executives, stressing that the outcome reflects a united and indivisible party committed to achieving its collective goals.
