OGWASHI UKU, DELTA STATE – Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Aniocha South Local Government Area gathered for a strategic meeting focused on bolstering the ongoing statewide electronic membership registration exercise.
The meeting, held at the party’s Secretariat, aimed to mobilize leaders and grassroots structures to increase participation and expand the party’s membership base ahead of upcoming political engagements.

During the gathering, Executive Chairman Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunwike emphasized the critical role of party leaders in promoting the registration drive directly at the grassroots level.
He noted that effective mobilization within wards and communities is essential for improving membership figures.
Chukwunwike underscored that the e-registration exercise goes beyond being a routine activity, asserting that it serves as a strategic foundation for the forthcoming 2027 electoral cycle.
He highlighted that a robust, well-documented membership base would enhance the party’s internal cohesion, legitimacy, and electoral strength.
The Chairman urged stakeholders to demonstrate renewed commitment, unity, and proactive engagement, stressing that sustained grassroots participation is key to the APC’s growth and success in Aniocha South and across Delta State.
The meeting concluded with a collective determination among stakeholders to intensify sensitization efforts and ensure comprehensive participation in the ongoing registration exercise, leaving no ward or community behind.
