The Executive Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government Council, Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunwike , has reaffirmed that all projects executed by his administration are direct responses to the genuine needs and aspirations of the people.
Speaking during a media interaction, Pastor Chukwunwike emphasized that his government has never undertaken any developmental initiative without proper needs assessment across the various communities in the local government area.
“Every project we have executed reflects the voice and demand of our people. We are building not for applause, but for the people whose lives these developments are meant to improve,” he stated.
The council boss further reiterated his administration’s unwavering commitment to sustained investment in infrastructure, social welfare, environment, health, education, security, and agriculture. He described the 2025 fiscal plan, aptly christened “Budget of Empowerment,” as a well-tailored blueprint which had travelled far, to deepen good governance and consolidate on the gains of his current development agenda.
While acknowledging the concerns of communities yet to benefit directly from the council’s infrastructure drive, Pastor Chukwunwike appealed for understanding and patience, assuring that equitable distribution of projects remains a guiding principle of his leadership.
He expressed appreciation to community stakeholders, traditional rulers, and security agencies for their continued collaboration in maintaining peace and addressing security challenges within the council area.
“Our desire is to leave Aniocha South better than we met it. The days ahead will witness more visible progress, as we remain resolute in our mission to deliver impactful, inspiring, and enduring legacies,” the Chairman affirmed.
With renewed optimism and people-centered governance, Aniocha South looks set for another phase of growth and transformation under Pastor Chukwunwike’s leadership.
