Hon Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, the Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, is set to receive the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Delta State Council’s “Transformational Development Legacy Award” on November 20th, 2025.
This recognition comes in appreciation of his exemplary commitment to transforming infrastructure in Bomadi Local Government Area .
Andaye has recently been honored with other notable awards, including “The Best Local Government Chairman of The Year 2025” and “Icon of Societal Transformation” Awards of Excellence from Time Africa Magazine and National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) National Headquarters, respectively.
The award ceremony will take place at the grand opening, lecture, and awards ceremony of the NUJ Delta 2025 Press week celebrations in Asaba, Delta State Capital.
Governor Sheriff Oborevwori will be invested as Grand Patron of NUJ by the National President NUJ, Comrade Alhassan Yahya .
