The Executive Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government Area, Hon Pastor Jude Chukwunwike, has embarked on the sand filling and grading of the Holy Family Catholic Church Road, Isah Quarters, Ogwashi Uku,a remedial gesture that blends leadership with reverence
The intervention comes ahead of the funeral rites of the late statesman and distinguished community leader, Chief A. C. Okocha, whose burial ceremonies will commence at the Holy Family Catholic Church. The Chairman’s prompt action is widely regarded as a dignified tribute to a man celebrated for his steadfast commitment to peace, unity, and the advancement of Ogwashi Uku Kingdom.
The roadworks reaffirm Hon Chukwunwike’s broader vision for infrastructure renewal across Aniocha South. Under his administration, the local government has demonstrated consistent responsiveness to community priorities, with particular emphasis on projects that strengthen mobility, support social institutions, and enhance the wellbeing of residents.
