The Kpakiama community in Bomadi Local Government Area of Delta State has hosted a vibrant reception in honor of their illustrious son, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, following his recent series of prestigious national awards.
Among the recognitions were the Best Performing Local Government Chairman in Nigeria and the Outstanding LGA Chairman Award, both acknowledging his exceptional service and leadership.
