The Executive Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government, Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunwike, has extended warm felicitations to the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, who also serves as Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures in Nigeria, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a goodwill message issued by his spokesman, Oyem Jonathan the chairman described Rt. Hon. Guwor as an exemplary leader whose commitment and vast legislative experience continue to drive growth, development, and good governance in Delta State, particularly through strengthened executive–legislative synergy and collaboration.
“As you celebrate this remarkable milestone, on behalf of my family, the government, and the good people of Aniocha South, I join your constituents, colleagues, and well-wishers in applauding your selfless service and unwavering dedication to advancing legislative responsibilities for the overall progress of Delta State,” the statement read.
Pastor Chukwunwike further described the Speaker as a square peg in a square hole within the legislative landscape, urging him to sustain his commitment to building a progressive society anchored on unity, shared values, and impactful lawmaking.
He also commended the leadership of the House under Rt. Hon. Guwor, noting that it has been marked by wisdom, integrity, and a strong commitment to the welfare of the people. According to him, the Speaker’s ability to foster collaboration and build consensus has earned him widespread respect and admiration among his peers.
