The executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon Rawlings Dagidi Andaye has congratulated the Delta State speaker ,Rt Hon Dennis Emomotimi Guwor on his 47th Birth Anniversary.
Hon Andaye in his congratulatory message commended the exemplary leadership style of the speaker which has attracted development to all parts of Delta state .

On behalf of the government and good people of Bomadi Local Government Area, l heartily felicitate a worthy Ijaw son , the Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, and Chairman of Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures in Nigeria, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, on the auspicious occasion of his 47th birthday anniversary today, Wednesday April 1, 2026.
Mr Speaker Sir, as you celebrate your birthday today , l am proud to have you as a brother and friend. Your wise counsel at difficult times have proven to be the elixir that propelled us to weather storms . Your strong devotion to legislative excellence has translated into aligning the state legislature with the executive and judicial arms of government for the overall development of Delta State.
It is my sincere prayer that the good Lord will continue to imbue you with good health and robust wisdom to keep steering the legislative Arm of government towards seamless lawmaking , thus improving the welfare of Deltans.
