Former Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan has made a public appearance months after been away from public glare.
Members of his political family from Warri North led by Chief Otimeyin Adams and Solomon Areyenka who visited him at his Warri residence expressed appreciation to God for the health of the former Governor.
Chief Solomon Areyenka said they were happy to hear that Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan was well and on his feet again.
Chief Arenyeka further acknowledged Dr. Uduaghan as the number one political leader in Warri North, stating that his legacy, wisdom, and leadership continue to inspire unity and growth across the region.
He also prayed to God to continue to grant Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan good health of body and mind.
“We are here not just as political allies, but as family. Your resilience is inspiring, and we thank God for your healing,” he remarked.
Dr. Uduaghan, clearly moved by the visit, offered brief but touching words of appreciation. “Thank you all for this gesture of love and unity. Let us always stand together and promote peace. I am stronger now, and I give all the glory to God,” he said.
Mr. Godwin Abigor who further spoke on behalf of Dr Emmanuel Udughan thanked them for the visit explaining that life and health were a great privilege of God.
He expressed the hope that good things will continue to flow into the lives of the people of Delta State.
For her part, Mrs. Irene Imilar a former commissioner in the State led prayers of appreciation to God for the life of Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan.
The visit concluded with warm closing remarks from Her Excellency, Deaconess Roli Uduaghan, who praised her husband’s unwavering openness and enduring commitment to bringing Delta leaders together in the spirit of progress and unity.
The former Governor has been away from the public since last year to attend to his health.
