The Unuovwodo ( traditional representative of the Ovie of Agbarha Warri Kingdom) High Chief Julius Tobore Edafiadjebre (JP) has sworn in members of the interim executive committee of the community on Thursday 15th May , 2025.
Those sworn in includes : Comrade Desmond Onos Onogun ( Chairman), Innocent Idjereki ( Secretary) , Henry Onomuoja ( Public Relations Officer), Maxwell Okonedo ( Provost) and Emmanuel Akpowene ( Ex officio member) .
Speaking shortly before the inauguration, the respected Agbarha Warri high chief, charged the new executive committee members of Otovwodo (Agbassa) Community, the traditional headquarters of the ancient Agbarha Warri Kingdom to be up and doing in the discharge of their duties.
The newly inaugurated chairman of the interim committee, Comrade Onogun who spoke on behalf of his colleagues thanked the chiefs and elders of the community for considering them worthy for their appointments just as he promised that they will not disappoint the community in the discharge of their duties.
High point of the event was the formal inauguration of the committee by High Chief Julius Tobore Edafiadjebre (JP).
