UGHELLI– Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, presided over the inaugural End-of-Year Celebration for the College of Heads of Personnel Management and Treasurers to Local Governments (HPM & TLG) in Delta State.
The event took place on Thursday at Wetland Hotel, Ughelli.
Representing the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) Chairman, Hon. Chief Isaiah Esiovwa of Okpe Local Government Council, Hon. Andaye commended the College’s members for their dedication and professionalism in ensuring effective public service delivery across local councils in the state.

In his address, he emphasized the crucial role of diligence, administrative competence, and adherence to due process in facilitating the efficient functioning of local government administration.
He urged attendees to maintain and enhance their efforts to support Delta State’s overall development.
President of the College, Chief Austin Emaduku also recognized members for their steadfastness and commitment to sound work ethics, highlighting their focus on administrative responsibilities.
The celebration was attended by various dignitaries, including Hon. Kelly Penawou and Deacon Joseph Otirhue, Chairman of the Local Government Commission, along with other notable guests.
