As the economic hardship continue to bite harder across the country ,the people of Warri federal constituency have been assured of support to cushion the present hardship.
The Member Representing Warri Federal constituency ,Hon Thomas Ereyitomi gave the assurance while donating Bags of rice to leaders of the various wards in the constituency .
Hon Thomas Ereyitomi said he would continue to assist his constituents especially as prices of commodities continue to rise .
The federal lawmaker while presenting thirty bags of Rice to each ward in the constituency ,advised the leaders to ensure that most of the item is given to the elderly and the vulnerable in the 32 wards .
The federal lawmaker represented by his Senior Legislative Aide Mr Alex Gbiwen said the bags of Rice is not for members of any political party but for the constituents.
He urged the leaders to be fair in sharing the bags of Rice as he has put in monitoring system to check the distribution of the rice.
Speaking after receiving the bags of Rice ,some leaders including chief Williams Totor, Odume Tosan and Chief Omamomo Obirenfoju
thanked the member Representing Warri federal constituency Hon Thomas Ereyitomi for the gesture.
They described him as God sent , stressing that he has been performing well to Ensure that all constituents enjoy the benefits of democracy irrespective of political parties.
They prayed God to continue to bless him
