BOMADI- King G.T. Godspower Operemo, the Pere of Kere-Biri Mein Kingdom, led a peaceful protest to the Bomadi Local Government Council on Tuesday alongside his council of chiefs.
King Operemo emphasized the need for Kere-Biri Mein Kingdom to be recognized as a distinct kingdom, free from subjection to Akugbene Mein-Kingdom.

During the meeting with the executive chairman of Bomadi local government, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, King Operemo expressed dissatisfaction with the current arrangement and appealed for the council chairman’s support.
The monarch of Kere-Biri Mein Kingdom commended Hon. Dagidi’s developmental efforts across the local government, referring to him as a “true messiah of the people”.

Responding Hon. Dagidi assured the king and his council that his administration would work with them to address their demands and bring the issue to a resolution.

It will be recalled that Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye has a cordial relationship with the traditional institution and has engaged with various stakeholders, including retired service chiefs and elder statesmen, to drive development and security in the area.
