The Chairman of National Union of Road Transport Workers ( NURTW ) Warri South Local Government Area Branch ‘ A’ Chief ( Comrade ) Vincent Okudolor has charged members of the union on transparency in the discharge of their duties.
He gave the charge when he inaugurated the executive committees of the various units of the branch at the Warri Central Motor Park on Monday 26th June, 2023.
Okudolor reasoned that transparency among members would boost peace and unity in the union
While promising to take the branch to greater heights, he solicited for the cooperation and support of members to enable him implement his good agenda for members .
A former Deputy Chairman of NURTW, Delta State Branch , Chief ( Comrade ) Michael Ajuya who spoke at the event, also charged members on peace and unity .
On his part, the 1st Vice Chairman of the union in Delta State, Comrade Ogbe Eke gave Chief Vincent Okudolor a pat on the back for the achievements so far recorded on assumption of office as he cited the near completion of the building of the union ‘ s secretariat project in the premises of the Warri Central Motor Park to support his claim.
Comrade Ogbe Eke in his address, luaded the state chairman of the union, Chief ( Comrade ) Francis Ariyor for the prevailing paece and unity in the union .
The branch secretary of the union Comrade Francis Ogbeni had earlier read the names of the branch and units executive committee members.
