Otovwodo community in Agbarha-Warri Kingdom has inaugurated a new Oghwuvwie, Comrade Tobore Osifo Ajogbe, alongside his executive members for the next four years.
The inauguration ceremony was held in a peaceful atmosphere with elders, women and youths in attendance to witness the emergence of the new leadership.

The exercise was chaired by the Onovwodo of the community, Chief Julius Edafeadjebre, while the oath of office was administered by the community Legal Adviser, Chief Austin Okene.

Speaking at the event, Chief Edafeadjebre, Chief Ralph Okene, Mr. Peter Osifo and the outgoing Oghwuvwie, Mr. Jerry Osioh, commended the peaceful transition.
They urged the new executive to lead with dignity, humility and respect for elders, and to ensure their tenure aligns with progress and development under the rulership of His Royal Majesty, Kingsley Emakpo Orereh, Ataneru Igbi II, Ovie of Agbarha-Warri Kingdom.
In his acceptance speech, Comrade Ajogbe expressed gratitude to the community and the Ovie of the Kingdom for the confidence reposed in him and his team.
He assured that his administration would be marked by consolidated peace and all-round development, and promised to carry everyone along in governance.
The Youth Chairman of Otovwodo, Mr. Onogun Onoriode, also pledged the support of the youths and called on residents to cooperate with the new Oghwuvwie and his executive.
The event climaxed with prayers for the success of the new leadership.
