The immediate past Member Representing Okpe Sapele and Uvwie federal constituency, Hon Efe Afe in conjunction with Sunshine Medical care initiative on Thursday offered free medical services to Over 900 Residents of Orerokpe community , Okpe local government Area of Delta State .
The people of Orerokpe community in their numbers gathered at the community multipurpose hall to receive free treatment courtesy of Sunshine medical care initiative and the immediate past member representing Okpe ,Sapele and Uvwie federal constituency .
The special medical treatments at no cost to indigent people of the area suffering from one ailment or the other was aimed at providing good health care for the people of the area..
A board member of sunshine medical initiative Dr Godwin Oshegbo disclosed that the group is a united state of America based humanitarian organization who are concerned about the health of mostly indigent people suffering from one ailment or the other..
while thanking the immediate past member of Okpe Sapele and uvwie federal constituency Hon Efe Afe for always supporting the group in providing free medical care services to the residents of Orerokpe community , Dr Oshegbo disclosed that so far they have carried out surgery on over 70 patients
He added that the 3 days medical outreach will continue till Saturday and urged the people of Orerokpe to take advantage of the programme to get free medical treatment.
He advised the people to always take care of their primary ailment before it degenerate to the worst
Also speaking Orerokpe community chairman comrade Francis Ejijona and the vice chairman comrade felix Binoh thanked hon Efe Afe for attracting the free health care to the people in orerokpe even when he is no longer the member representing them at the house of Representative .they urged other law makers and good spirited Deltans especially those from Okpe kingdom to emulate him.

In a telephone chat the former federal lawmaker Chief Efe Afe said he has been providing free health care for his people for the past 9 years and will continue to partner with Sunshine medical care initiative to provide good health care for them ,stressing that good health care is better than wealth.
