Some Residents of Enughe, Idiaregbe and adjoining streets in Okere Urhobo kingdom ,Warri South local Government area have appealed to Delta state Government to construct the roads in their areas .
The Residents of the areas including motorists made the appeal while speaking with newsmen on Tuesday .
They urged Delta state Governor ,Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori to extend the road construction presently ongoing in the state to Enughe, Idiaregbe and adjoining streets in Okere Urhobo kingdom inorder to alleviate their sufferings, especially during the rainy seasons.
They stated that for the past 15 years, the roads in the areas have not been motorable.
According to one of the residents who gave her name as Mrs okoro Kate a traders”we have been experiencing low patronage due to the state of the roads, Tricycle operators don’t carry us into the streets because of the bad roads , our children sometimes fall into the water while going to school “she stated .
Some motorists also appealed to the state Government to construct the roads in Enughe, Idiaregbe and adjoining streets in the area as they have been spending more money to repair their cars due to the deplorable nature of the roads .
A former Youths President of Okere Urhobo Community Development Movement Comrade Cyril Eboh, also appealed to Delta State Governor , Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori to reconstruct the roads with two side drainages in Enughe, Idiaregbe and other adjoining streets the area.
Comrade Eboh noted that the roads in Enughe, Idiaregbe and other adjoining streets which linked Okere Ugborikoko, Giwa-Amu and Apala Roads, are submerged with flood affecting churches, schools and shops when it rains.

We are passionately appealing to our dear Governor , his Excellency Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori to come to our aid by constructing our roads with two side drainage inorder to alleviate our sufferings so that at the end we shall Glorify God and thank you for the road construction” he stated .
Comrade Eboh further said the people of Okere Urhobo Kingdom would continue to support the Oborevwori-led Government.
It would be recalled that Deltans have been commending the State Governor, Right Honourable Sheriff Oborevwori since he announced the award of 78 Billion Naira contract to Julius Berger to construct three flyovers in Warri and Effurun.
Okere Urhobo Community Development Movement also commended the state Governor for awarding 3 flyovers in Warri and Effurun
