Rotary Club Of Effurun GRA District 9141 has beautified the Effurun court junction as it now wears a new look.
The Uvwie Monarch, Abe I , who inaugurated the beautified High court Junction on Friday commended Rotary club of Effurun GRA, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State for the gesture
For several weeks while the beautification work was on, the place was shielded from sight.
When it was unveiled Friday, it was a sight to behold.
Uvwie Monarch Abe I while inaugurating the newly constructed Beautified High court Junction described the project as one that will add a feather to his vision of peace and development in the kingdom.
Abe I thanked Rotary Club of Effurun GRA for their contributions to the development of Uvwie kingdom in the areas of Education, child and Maternal health care amongst others.
The President of Effurun GRA Rtn Tobore Ojigho disclosed that it was a thing of joy to reconstruct and beautify the Effurun high court junction.
He said in the past the area represented the center of the town and the hub of
government business activities.
Rtn Ojigho thanked the authorities of Uvwie local Government council for giving support and approval which the club enjoyed in reconstructing and beautify the high court junction.
He also thanked the District Governor of Rotary international District 9141,Rtn Mightyman Dikuro for supporting the club in the past one year of his tenure as President.
For his part the District Governor Rotary International District 9141,Rtn Mightyman Dikuro appreciated the Uvwie kingdom Monarch for gracing the inauguration ceremony and revealed that Rotary international known for its humanitarian services has been in existence for over 100 years.
He commended member of Rotary Club of Effurun GRA for the project and urged them to maintain it as promised.
