2023: Ethiope Will  deliver Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu, others – PDP Spokesperson

…Says no room for inconsequential NNPP party in Ethiope.

Spokesperson of Delta State Campaign Council of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Dr Barr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, JP, has again assured that House of Representatives candidate, Hon Mrs Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu and other candidates of the party shall emerge victorious at the polls on February 25 and March 11, this year.

Oghenesivbe gave the assurance while addressing members of PDP Unit 13 in Kokori, Ethiope East Local Government Area of the state, numbering over nine hundred and fifty (950) registered voters, in preparation for next Saturday presidential election.

He noted that there are some crafty individuals who are double dealing within the party by projecting a candidate of an inconsequential opposition party, the New Nigerian Peoples Party, NNPP, in Ethiope Federal Constituency; with unscrupulous intention of undermining the collective resolve of PDP members in the Constituency to deliver Hon Mrs Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu, the House of Representatives candidate of the party.

Oghenesivbe who is also the Leader of INEC Polling Unit 13 in Kokori and Executive Assistant on Communications to PDP Vice Presidential Candidate, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, urged eligible voters in Unit 13 and across Ethiope Federal Constituency to completely reject the unpopular NNPP party at the polls.

He further averred that Ethiope people will never reject their leader and former governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori in contrast to the irresponsible behaviour of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege who publicly rejected Ibori as his political godfather, adding that Agege and APC shall be punished at the polls on February 25 and March 11, for disrespecting and betraying Chief Ibori.

Oghenesivbe assured that Ethiope Federal Constituency will stand firm with Chief Ibori and his gallant daughter, Hon Mrs Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu, in her quest to represent the Constituency at the National Assembly from May 29, this year, saying that its a done deal and no place, no vote for NNPP in Ethiope.

The Delta PDP Campaign Council spokesperson noted that in Delta State, NNPP does not have a governorship candidate, no Senatorial candidate, no House of Assembly candidate, no political structure whatsoever and will not win the Presidential election, adding that a vote for NNPP is a wasted vote.

“It is wrong for some members of our great party, PDP, to engage themselves in profitless and suicidal political mission of 4/5 in Ethiope Federal Constituency and elsewhere. It’s purely anti-party that must not be encouraged or condoned.

“It’s obvious that NNPP cannot win any election in Nigeria. The party is relatively unknown in Delta State. NNPP only exist in Kano State. Somebody is trying to use NNPP to put Ethiope Federal Constituency in opposition in the State, so as to deny us of progress and development. We must be wise to know their evil plans.

“Therefore, it amounts to waste of precious vote for anybody to vote for an inconsequential party like NNPP. It’s totally wrong to engage in futile and profitless Political mission. NNPP is out of the way completely in Ethiope Federal Constituency and in Delta State. It’s a no go area.

“Here in Unit 13 Kokori and across the state, we agreed to vote 5/5 for PDP. Therefore, disassociate yourselves from any clannish political harlot who want to drag you into their evil 4/5 plan. We are in one accord in Unit 13 and Ward 6 Kokori as far as 5/5 is concerned.

“On February 25, vote PDP for President, Senate and House of Representatives; that is, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Chief Ighoyota Amori and Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu. Vote Umbrella.

“And on March 11, Vote PDP for Governor and House of Assembly; that is, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori and Olorogun Barr Arthur Akpowowo. Vote Umbrella,” Oghenesivbe said.
