Chairman of Uvwie local government,Chief Anthony Ofoni has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on his award as Governor of the year by Thisday Newspaper and Arise Television.
Chief Ofoni in his congratulatory message said Governor Oborevwori deserved the award which was presented to him by the internationally recognized media outfit.

He said Governor Oborevwori has also distinguished himself in terms of development and empowerment,stressing that he has sited life changing projects in all Senatorial Districts in the state as well as empowered several youths across the state.
Chief Ofoni stated that, Governor Oborevwori’s commitment to restore the glory of Effurun and Warri by constructing several roads in Uvwie local government area as well as a flyover awarded to Julius Berger and the ongoing plans to construction a befitting stadium in Warri, have made him stand out among his peers.
