The wife of the Executive Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government Area and Coordinator of the Forum of Wives of Delta Council Chairmen, Mrs. Ella Chukwunwike, has eulogized the First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency, Deaconess Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori, on the occasion of her birthday, describing her as an epitome of faith, compassion, and selfless service to humanity.
