The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council,Hon. Dagidi Andaye has hosted a grand celebration in honour of his spiritual father and Presiding Pastor of Salvation Ministries Worldwide, Pastor David Ibiyeomie at his home in Ughelli, Delta State.
