The President of the Ijaw National Congress (INC) and foremost leader of the Ijaw Nation, Professor Benjamin Ogele Okaba, on Thursday 24th July, 2025, paid a working visit to the Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye.
The visit comes amid ongoing developmental projects spearheaded by the tireless and visionary Council Chairman, whose administration has recorded unprecedented progress within one year in office.
During the visit, Professor Okaba congratulated Hon. Dagidi Andaye for his remarkable achievements, describing him as a leader who came fully prepared and is delivering people-oriented projects across the Local Government.
“I came personally to witness the visible projects executed by Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, especially the landmark Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori Ultra-Modern Multipurpose Event Centre, which I consider a world-class facility,” Professor Okaba remarked.
Responding , Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye thanked Professor Okaba for the encouraging visit, stating that while he appreciates the commendations, he remains focused on doing more for the people.
“I am not carried away by accolades. I remain committed to delivering more for our people in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and the M.O.R.E. Agenda of my principal, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, Executive Governor of Delta State,” Dagidi affirmed.
He assured the people of Bomadi local government of more developmental Projects ,informing thePresident of the Ijaw National Congress (INC), Professor Okaba of some of his achievements in one year in office and give God the Praises .
