The Treasurer of Urhobo Progress Union ( UPU ) Worldwide, Olorogun Eunice Daji Okoh , has hailed Mike Orugbo, an engineer , over his emergence as the Ovie of Udu Kingdom designate .
Okoh who is a front line member of All Progressive Congress ( APC) in Delta State, made the commendation in a media chat with our correspondent in Otor – Udu in Udu Local Government Area at the weekend.
She remarked that the emergence of Engineer Orugbo as the Ovie of Udu Kingdom is a welcome development . ” Judging from his pedigree, his emergence as Ovie of Kingdom is a square peg in a square hole.
” His reign will take Udu Kingdom to greater heights” she added.
The devout Catholic who is paternally and maternally related to Udu communities of Obubu, Ovwodokpokpo and Otor – Udu , then congratulated the new Ovie of Udu Kingdom just as she prayed for a long , peace and prosperous reign for him.
