The Provost of College of Education ( COE) Warri, Dr Dickson Onovwakpoma Oyovwi (JP )has lauded Delta State Polytechnic Oghara for the conferment of a Distinguished Fellow Award on Olorogun John Oguma.
Oyovwi made the commendation in a media chat with our correspondent during the conferment ceremony at Delta State Polytechnic Oghara last weekend.
Dr Oyovwi remarked that such an award will encourage Olorogun Oguma and other deserving personalities to put in their best in the development of the society.
Speaking on the distinguished fellow award on Chief John Oguma, Dr Dickson Onovwakpoma Oyovwi remarked that it was a welcome development and that it is well deserved.
Oyovwi stated that it was a testament of the Ovwor – Olomu born philanthropist per excellence ‘ s outstanding leadership, dedication and excellent service to humanity particularly in the education sector.
