PAN-Abraka Developmental Achievements Forum (PANACHE) has affirmed its support for the operations of Tantita Oil Security Services Nigeria Limited.
This was contained in a statement titled ‘ In Defence Of National Interest : Support For Tantita Oil Security Services ‘ issued on Wednesday 9th July, 2025 by the President of PANACHE, High Chief Shedrack Ogbeifo, a legal luminary , made available to newsmen at the weekend.
The statement lauded Tantita Oil Security Services for its successful operations so far under the leadership of High Chief Government Ekpemupolo (Tompolo).
The statement reads inter alia ‘ Tantita has played a vital role in enhancing Nigeria’s efforts to curb crude oil theft and protect critical national infrastructure.

The improvements in crude oil production and reduction in vandalism-related losses have had a positive impact on national revenue, economic stability, and local employment, particularly among the youth in the Niger Delta and other regions.
‘We are concerned by recent calls in some quarters for a review or termination of Tantita’s surveillance contract. While all voices in national discourse are important, we urge that any decisions regarding such strategic contracts be guided strictly by objective assessments of performance and national interest.
‘In our view, Tantita’s approach — including community engagement and local employment — represents a promising model for inclusive, grassroots-based security partnerships.
Undermining such progress could risk reversing hard-won gains in oil asset protection and economic recovery.
‘We commend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his administration’s continued focus on indigenous capacity-building and community participation in safeguarding national resources.
The involvement of competent local firms like Tantita is a step toward sustainable security and inclusive national development.
‘As a developmental forum committed to the progress of our region and Nigeria at large, PANACHE encourages continued collaboration between the federal government and all stakeholders working to protect the nation’s vital economic infrastructure.’
