Pastor Ulisanmi Omasan Edukugho in a congratulatory message noted that Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori is a beacon of hope to the women of Delta State particularly the less privileged .
Pastor Edukugho a Frontline Aspirant in Warri South local Government Area described Deaconess Oborevwori as mother of all children in Delta State, irrespective of tribe, creed or background.
