A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Warri South Local Government Council chairmanship aspirant, Hon Esimadje Awani has consulted the Warri Urhobo PDP Chairman, Dr ( Chief ) Israel N Abido ( JP ) at his Ekpan Resident in Uvwie Local Government Area on Monday 22nd May , 2023 .
Awani who spoke to newsmen shortly after the visit explained that he paid the visit because his ambition will be impossible without the support of the Warri Urhobos.
He also stated that he was aspiring to the number one political seat of the local government area to serve and not to lead the people of Warri South Local Government Area.
Awani further stated that he was aware of the jurisdictional political percularity of Warri South Local Government Area and therefore promised to sit down with his team and tackle the problems confronting the people of the area and by so doing the devidends of democracy will be ensured .
” So if given the opportunity to serve, I will deliver one hundred percent” he added.
The Chairman of PDP Warri Urhobo members, Dr ( Olorogun ) Israel N Abido JP who also spoke to newsmen shortly after the visit stated that as a leader, his doors were opened to all aspirants in the contest .
He thanked Hon Awani who is an aide to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for the visit.
