EFFURUN – The National Coordinator of the Okpe, Sapele, and Uvwie (OSU) Federal Constituency Political Forum, Hon. Solomon Ighrakpata, has officially inaugurated Chief Anthony Ofoni as the Coordinator of the group’s Uvwie Chapter.
During the ceremony held at Alegbo Primary School in Uvwie Local Government Area, Hon. Ighrakpata charged Chief Anthony Ofoni and the newly formed executive committee, Uvwie chapter to begin aggressive mobilization to ensure total victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, in the 2027 general elections.
Addressing the gathering, Ighrakpata emphasized that the developmental strides of President Tinubu at the national level and the widespread projects executed by Governor Oborevwori across Delta’s 25 local government areas justify a second term for both leaders.

In his acceptance speech, Chief Anthony Ofoni pledged to lead an inclusive executive team dedicated to securing a landslide victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
He further called on members of the forum and the All Progressives Congress (APC) across the federal constituency to ensure they possess valid Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ahead of the polls.
The high-profile event drew several prominent stakeholders, including Senator Ede Dafinone ,Chief Efe Uko, Olorogun Kingsley Esiso, Hon. Edafe Emakpor, Hon. James Augoye, Hon. Perkins Umukoro, and Hon. Evelyn Oboro, alongside various youth representatives and political pressure groups.
