BOMADI – The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Area, Hon. Rawlings Dagidi Andaye, on Tuesday led principal officers of the council and stakeholders to a special Thanksgiving Service at the Council Chapel in Bomadi to appreciate God for the successful conduct of the All Progressives Congress APC, primaries.
The service was attended by the Secretary of Council, Hon. Tony Boubai Enai, heads of departments, political appointees, party faithful and other guests.
Speaking at the event, Hon. Andaye dedicated the APC primaries for the State House of Assembly, House of Representatives and Presidential positions to God, citing divine intervention for the peaceful exercise across Bomadi LGA.
He expressed appreciation that no life was lost and no major incident was recorded during the primaries.
According to him, the peaceful disposition and cooperation of stakeholders and party supporters contributed to the success of the exercise.
Hon. Andaye described the APC primaries as smooth, peaceful and historic, noting that the process strengthened democratic participation within the party and reinforced members’ confidence in its leadership and internal electoral system. He commended party leaders, aspirants and supporters for placing the unity and collective interest of the party above personal ambitions.
The service ended with special prayers for continued peace, unity and development in Bomadi LGA, as well as divine wisdom for leaders at all levels. Participants also prayed for sustained progress within the APC and success for its candidates in future elections .
