BOMADI – Hon. Dagidi Andaye, the Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Area, was greeted with an outpouring of support from a large crowd upon his arrival at the Council Secretariat on Wednesday January 14th 2026
Enthusiastic supporters expressed their loyalty and praised his administration for its dedication to good governance and the development of the Bomadi community.
The crowd, displaying placards and voicing their concerns, condemned an attempted impeachment led by certain councillors, labeling it as politically motivated.
They advised the aggrieved Councillors to turn a new leaf and join the progressives , stressing that Hon Dagidi Andaye is God sent to the Bomadi people .
They reaffirmed their belief that Hon. Dagidi remains in touch with the people and under divine protection, confident that any attempts to undermine his leadership would fail.
Later that day, Hon. Andaye was honored with a Meritorious Service Award from The Forward News Media.
This accolade recognized his significant contributions to socio-economic development and his selfless commitment to humanitarian efforts across Nigeria. In response to this honor, the Chairman expressed renewed determination to prioritize the welfare of the Bomadi populace.
As he left the office, Hon. Andaye’s convoy was once again met by a spontaneous gathering of supporters, who emphasized their unwavering confidence in his leadership.
