The Provost of College of Education ( COE) Warri, Dr Dickson Onovwakpoma Oyovwi (JP) has hailed HRM Kingsley Emakpo Orere, the Ovie of Agbarha Warri Kingdom on his successful birthday anniversary celebration on Sunday 22nd March, 2026.
Oyovwi who spoke to our correspondent in a media interaction during the reception of the birthday anniversary reception of Igbi 11 at the prestigious Ogunu Community Multi Purpose Hall in Warri, Warri South Local Government Area, noted that the birthday anniversary celebration was richly attended by the high and mighty and other cross section of the society because of the good will of the traditional ruler.
He also noted that the thanksgiving service at Redeemed Christian Church, Champions Cathedral Airport Road Effurun in Uvwie Local Government Area and reception in Ogunu Community Multi Purpose Hall in Warri were wholesome.
The Provost of College of Education ( COE) Warri in the media chat, gladly and proudly remarked that the college relationship with the highly esteemed Agbarha Warri monarch is very cordial.
He then prayed for a long and prosperous years for the traditional ruler, fondly called ‘ Ataneru ‘( the Promise Keeper)
