High Chief (Hon.) Oke Grant Roy, the Unuevworo of Etche R’ Ogbe in Uvwie Kingdom, has congratulated Dr. (Mrs.) Fidelia Chukwudumebi Ighrakpata on her appointment as Provost of the College of Education, Warri.
