The Managing Director of Tantita Security Services, High Chief Kestin Pondi, FNSE, and the Delta State Commissioner for Power and Energy, Engr. Michael Anoka, FNSE, have successfully completed their final thesis defence for the award of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degrees in Public Administration at the University of Benin (UNIBEN).
Pondi and Anoka, who commenced their doctoral programmes in the Department of Public Administration several years ago, successfully defended their theses after undergoing rigorous departmental and faculty-level examinations.
Following the defence, the internal and external examiners certified both scholars as having satisfied the academic requirements for the award of the Ph.D. degrees in Public Administration.
Their successful completion of the programmes marks a significant academic milestone, coming against the backdrop of their demanding professional responsibilities.
The achievement also underscores their commitment to continuous learning, intellectual development and academic excellence, demonstrating that professional responsibilities and advanced education can be pursued concurrently.
